At Aceitunas Verano S.L., we are aware of   the importance of food safety and product quality.

 

That is why we are demanding with the compliance of all legislation.

 

Our commitment is the basis of trust that our clients expect.


We are always attentive to the new demands that have arisen both at the national level and at the European Union level. We have an external quality assurance department, reporting directly to management, which controls all these fundamental aspects. In compliance with Regulation (CE) No. 852/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 29, 2004, regarding the hygiene of food products.

We have developed the Analysis System and Critical Control Points (SYSTEM A.P.P.C.C.); This system is fully implemented, with periodic reviews to adapt it to legislative changes and/or those of our company.

We carry out periodic external audits to verify these aspects and we ensure at all times a totally neutral and professional criterion that checks our work in order to improve and correct possible defects in our procedures. All our staff are trained in food safety issues, this training is being continually renewed.

Likewise, our company carries out the verification of the quality of the products and the hygienic conditions of the facilities with the performance of periodic microbiological analysis of raw materials, finished product, surfaces and environments and water analysis, by a laboratory of analysis accredited by ENAC.
